Return & Refund Policy – PakBaazaar

At PakBaazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

📅 Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items without original packaging


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as agreed)


4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • Wrong item delivered


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
